Hi, I’m Asa Watson, founder and head trainer at Watson Total Fitness. As a husband and father of four, I understand the challenges of balancing life, work, and personal health. It’s not always easy, but I recognize the importance of maintaining discipline across all aspects of life, being accountable to those around me, and thankfully stewarding what I’ve been entrusted with.

Drawing from my experience as a former college and professional athlete, as well as over a decade of experience as a certified personal trainer, I am passionate not only about the process of growth, but celebrating significant milestones with my clients.

The Game Plan

  • After your initial consultation, we’ll get to work crafting a personalized fitness program designed to reach your goals. Follow the program yourself, or virtually with a trainer for extra motivation!

  • Whether you’re working out at the gym, your living room, or traveling for work, we’ll design a plan based on the equipment you have, with everything you need right in the app.

  • Need an extra push? Got questions or want to adjust your plan? Just reach out and we’ll be happy to talk or lead you through a 1-on-1 vitual workout.

  • We steer clear of fad diets and fitness trends. Instead, we focus on cultivating healthy habits and meticulously tracking your progress over time to ensure sustainable results. Rest assured, we’ll be right there with you every step of the way.
