Hi, I’m Asa Watson, founder and head trainer at Watson Total Fitness. As a husband and father of four, I understand the challenges of balancing life, work, and personal health. It’s not always easy, but I recognize the importance of maintaining discipline across all aspects of life, being accountable to those around me, and thankfully stewarding what I’ve been entrusted with.

Drawing from my experience as a former college and professional athlete, as well as over a decade of experience as a certified personal trainer, I am passionate not only about the process of growth, but celebrating significant milestones with my clients.
